Indian Mess (Veg & Nonveg)
Special Indian Mess is run by Cosmos Educational Consultants in Hostel no 2.
- Where we have a staff of more than 20 in which 3 are Indian cooks.
- Mess works all seven days a week without any holidays.
- Special Indian Veg and Non-Veg food are available, which is cooked and served separately. -Food fulfills the balanced diet requirements of a student.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
For Indian Students
1. He/she shall complete 17 years on or before the 31st of December of the year of admission to the MBBS course.
2. He/she must have passed in 10+2 or equivalent examination in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
3. He/she must have qualified the NEET-2022 or 2023 or 2024
- Filled up SSMU Admission Form (Provided by us after counselling)
- Notary Attested 3 Copies of 12th Class Mark-sheet.
- Notary Attested 3 Copies of Certificate stating a pass in NEET
- 20 coloured photographs with white background (35*45mm)
- Recent HIV test report.
- A bank DD for Rs 1,50,000/- drawn in Favour of ” Cosmos Educational Consultants” payable at Bikaner.
TUITION FEE FOR MEDICAL FACULTY (ENGLISH MEDIUM):
The Smolensk State Medical University is working with the Cosmos Educational Consultants since 2002. The Smolensk State Medical University with the financial support of Dr. Alok Aeron, Director of the Cosmos Educational Consultants has declared a scholarship* of USA Dollars 500 every year during all years of education to all students of India taking admission in 2024/2025 academic year.
Tuition fee -USA Dollars 6000 per year.
Scholarship* -USA Dollars 500 per year.
Tuition fee after subtracting the scholarship -USA Dollars 5500 per year.
(* If a student fails in any of the subjects during any year of education, the scholarship will be discontinued from that year.)
HOSTEL FEE:
Hostel Fee -USA Dollars 350 per year.
COMPULSORY MEDICAL INSURANCE:
Compulsory Medical Insurance -USA Dollars 150 per year.
TOTAL FEE:
Total Fees after subtracting the scholarship -USA Dollars 6000 per year.(approx 4.5 lacs in Indian rupees)

Cosmos Educational Consultants will charge an amount of Indian Rupees 1,50,000 in India as consultancy fee as stated in ‘Fee Structure Certificate’. This should be paid only as a bank draft drawn in favor of ‘Cosmos Educational Consultants’ payable at Bikaner or cash. This consultancy fee will not be refunded in case if a student after submitting his application form later on decides not to seek admission for what so ever reason may be.
Cosmos Educational Consultants will provide to students, who will get admission, following items without any payment:
- Admission letter from the Smolensk State Medical University.
- Copy of student’s invitation letter (Original goes to Consulate of Russian Federation).
- Visa fee (Paid to Embassy of Russian Federation).
- One way Air ticket for Delhi-Moscow.
- Transportation by road from Moscow airport to Smolensk.
- One Indian meal on arrival.
- A five-minute telephone call to parents on arrival
